UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
GOOD NEWS METHODIST
A renewal ministry within the United Methodist Church. For 40 years, Good News has been a voice for evangelical and historic Wesleyan concerns within our church. We are committed to being a voice for repentance, an agent for reform, and a catalyst for renewal within our denomination.
BRISTOL HOUSE PUBLISHERS
Publishing curriculum, books and resources from an evangelical United Methodist perspective to strengthen and equip the church of Jesus Christ.
ALDERSGATE RENEWAL MINISTRIES
Aldersgate Renewal Ministries is the “working name’ of the United Methodist Renewal Services Fellowship, a network of United Methodists who are praying and working together for the spiritual renewal of our church by the power of the Holy Spirit.
METHODIST LAITY REFORM MOVEMENT
Methodist Laity Reform Movement is a growing movement of Iowans who are loyal members of The United Methodist Church. We are working to reform our Church, get the Church out of partisan politics, and help it return to its Wesleyan roots as an alive, growing, evangelical Church that strongly upholds the traditional Christian faith and joyfully offers Christ to all people.
The Renew Network is organized to be in ministry to and with women of the United Methodist Church. We are a support network for evangelical, orthodox women within our church, providing a voice for their concerns, supplemental program resources for their program needs, and a place for them to share ministry with other women. In addition to working for renewal, RENEW calls for the reform of the Women’s Division of the General Board of Global Ministries, the agency charged with oversight of the programs, policies and spending of United Methodist Women.
THE CONFESSING MOVEMENT
We are United Methodists who love our church and who are centered on Christ. We are committed to renewing the United Methodist Church by promoting biblical truth and by praying for God’s spirit to unite his people around our Lord and Savior Jesus.
UNITED METHODIST ACTION
UMAction defends traditional Christian beliefs and practices in the spirit of the father of Methodism, John Wesley. UMAction goes to church agency meetings, studies church publications, and interviews church officials. UMAction publishes its findings in news publications as well as in its own UMAction Briefing.
